Cancellation Policy

Salon Policy Our salon operates by appointment only and we can accommodate a limited number of clients each day. We ask for your understanding and cooperation to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. Cancellations: Please cancel your appointment at least 12 hours in advance. We strictly prohibit same-day cancellations or rescheduling for personal reasons, with the exception of unavoidable circumstances like severe weather, natural disasters, or public transport delays. No-Shows: In the case of a no-show, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings. Late Arrivals: If you will be late, please contact us immediately. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be considered a cancellation. Due to scheduling, a late arrival may result in a modified or incomplete service, for which no refunds will be given.
